These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the xx999 platform and all its services. By accessing the xx999 website or mobile application, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the xx999 website (xx999-app.cam) and all authorised mobile applications.
• "User" or "Member" means any individual who holds a registered account.
• "Services" means the online gaming, casino, sports betting and other related features provided by xx999.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a member's account, including both cash balance and bonus balance.
• "Bonus" means additional balance granted by xx999 under specific conditions.

These Terms may change at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect will be considered automatic acceptance of the revised Terms.

Creating a personal account is required to use xx999 services. Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each user may create only one account. Operating more than one account for the same person is strictly prohibited.

• xx999 may request identity documents or additional verification at any time to validate an account.
• Keeping the password secure is entirely the member's own responsibility.

2.2 Account Security

Account access credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone else. If unauthorised access to your account is suspected, the xx999 support team must be notified immediately. xx999 is not responsible for any activity carried out by a third party if the member has failed to keep their access credentials secure.

All xx999 services are for adults only. Only individuals who meet the following conditions may create an account and use the services:

• You must be 21 years of age or older (services are designated for ages 21+).
• You must register using your own device and personal information.
• Individuals who have acknowledged a problem with online gaming addiction, or whose family has imposed a restriction on them, may not create an account.

xx999 may request a national identity card or other government-issued document at any time to verify age. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

xx999 makes it easy to deposit and withdraw funds through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks)

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount from your account is ৳800. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Requests may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

xx999 reserves the right to hold any unusual or suspicious transaction for investigation. Access to the associated balance may be restricted while the investigation is ongoing.

xx999 offers bonus promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that the member must meet.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is added to the account balance, and a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed before it can be withdrawn.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus funds, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A member may claim a bonus under a specific offer only once.
• If any fraudulent activity related to a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• xx999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

All games available on the xx999 platform are operated by third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules, and results are determined accordingly.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a game result cannot be determined due to a technical issue or server outage during play, the bet for that round may be declared void and the bet amount will be returned to the balance.

6.2 Game History

A history of every bet and game result is stored in the account. If there is a dispute regarding any bet result, the support team should be contacted.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

Certain games or bonus-active sessions may have a cap on the maximum winnings. This limit applies per game and is noted on the relevant game information page.

All members must follow the rules below while using the xx999 platform:

• Rude, offensive or threatening behaviour towards other members or xx999 staff is prohibited.
• Using any automated software, bots or scripts to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results, hack the system or engage in dishonest practices is strictly prohibited.
• Placing opposing bets on the same game or event from multiple accounts (arbitrage) is not permitted.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transaction is strictly prohibited.

If any of these rules are violated, xx999 will conduct an investigation and, if confirmed, take action against the account in question.

xx999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If information provided on the account is found to be false or incomplete.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• At the account holder's own request (self-exclusion).
• By order of a court or government authority.

8.1 Right to Appeal
